Grand River Natural Stone – Service Update

The Grand River Natural Stone team would like you to know that we are trying our best to maintain day to day operations and service our customers at this very difficult time.

Update January 1st, 2021 – 

 

Due to the province-wide lockdown all of our yards are CLOSED to the public. We are open for curbside pick up and delivery ONLY. We will be operating under COVID-19 restrictions and have increased safety measures implemented at each location. It is not business as usual, and we have modified our normal business practices to keep everyone safe. Please be patient and respect the control measures we have in place as we navigate through this unique time. When possible, please call or email your orders in advance so we can prepare everything before you arrive to [email protected] or 1-888-782-0486 We are dealing with a higher than normal volume of inquiries and we are doing our best to serve everyone as promptly as we can. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. <!–

For the safety of our employees, customers and families, we have employed the following operating guidelines until further notice.

• Our yards and showroom are closed to the public. We are accepting orders for no contact delivery and curbside pick up only.
• Curbside pick ups must be ordered in advance and paid by credit card over the phone. Once the order is confirmed and paid, you may schedule a pick up time.
• All deliveries will be made safely with no contact. No signatures will be required, and the packing slip will be left with the product.
• Hours will be reduced as needed by location and Saturday operation will be suspended until further notice.
• All individuals need to keep a physical distance of at least 2 meters from others.

We appreciate your support and understanding during this difficult time.

Paperwork will be processed and brought to the customer outside the showroom.  We will be forgoing the need for signatures for account customers and deliveries at this time.  If you are planning a visit to the store please give us a call so we can prepare your paperwork in advance.

We will continue to monitor and follow the recommendations of the Public Health Agency of Canada and local Health Officials.
